How can you contact us to place an order?

To purchase, simply save the photo or a screenshot of the item(s) you are interested in.

Then, please do ONE of the following:

1. Text the boutique line at 267-581-9228, and you will be assigned a sales associate.

2. Send it in a message to the CHAT option on our website located in the bottom right hand corner.

3. With in-store purchases, there is a clover terminal to swipe, making transactions super easy.

What does UA mean? How do I know my product is UA?

UA stands for Unauthorized Authentic. It means that the items are made in the same place and with the same materials as the original product. Each factory marked to make the merchandise is only allowed to make so many of them. Most of the time they make too many, and these become UA. They are then sold to someone else. Those people are our vendors. Then we are able to sell them to our customers.


You will know your product is UA by certain markings and codes. 


The two types of UA merchandise that we carry are UA Flawed and UA Flawless.

What is the difference between UA Flawed and UA Flawless merchandise?

The two types of UA merchandise that we carry are UA Flawed and UA Flawless.

UA Flawed means the pieces have a minor flaw.

​

UA Flawless means the pieces are mass produced, but are pure perfection.

​

When placing an order, please specify which you'd like.

Is SSB Google Verified?

We are a Google verified business. This isn’t something you can easily do in one day. It took up to 3 weeks for this to happen.

What payment options do you accept?

We invoice you through our virtual terminal Clover ONLY. We accept all credit and debit cards. You will receive confirmation immediately following payment.

Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as your order is submitted, we will supply you with an order confirmation. This will include an ESTIMATED delivery date.

When will my order ship?

We are very honest about shipping time and let you know ahead of time how long you may have to wait. Please note, we have NO CONTROL over shipping time until it arrives to us the current timeframe is 10 business days. Please refrain from continually messaging us regarding your items.

*How our shipping works:

1. Our vendors will ship your items to us. 

2. Once your order arrives to us, we will let you know immediately.

3. We then do a full quality check of all items and provide you with photos.

4. Once your order passes our quality check, it will be packaged up by us personally. Then, it will be ready to ship to you. 

5. Once it is shipped to you, we will provide you with a tracking number.

*Also, we do ship globally.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. There are no returns, no refunds, and no swap outs. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. If, on a rare instance, we can not obtain the item you ordered, we will reach out to you personally to rectify the situation. 

​

When you receive your item, if there is an issue, for example, rip in leather, zipper breaking, handle breaking, there is a 30 day time frame to let us know, and then we can replace the item. After the 30 days, we can not accept any returns. Again, these are flawed pieces, if you notice a slight flaw, it is meant to be that way. 

Will my merchandise come with a box?

It depends on the item.


Sneakers for sure come with a box.

​

Christian Louboutin heels come with a bag for the shoes and a bag providing an extra pair of screw in heels for when your first pair wears down.

​

However, we DO NOT guarantee a box for handbags. The best way to keep your handbag safe from dust, and keep it in great condition, is to use a dust bag. This item will come with your purchase.

​

In all honesty, each purchase comes with different items depending on what you buy. Please ask us and we can tell you what you will receive.

What items can I expect to come with my purchase?

All UA bags DO come with :  A dust bag, serial code inside the bag to prove it was made in a factory, and an invoice from us. 

​

They will NEVER come with: a company receipt or a license. If someone tries to sell you a bag with a receipt, it is 100% fake.

How do I create an account? How do I receive email updates about Stunning Statement Boutique?

To create an account, go to the home page and click the option "sign up" . Use the "subscribe form" at the very bottom of the homepage to receive email updates.

Do you have a referral program?

We sure do! Refer friends to SS Boutique (be sure they tell us you sent them) and if 5 of them make a handbag purchase, you will receive $100 off any handbag. Please note, it must be 5 separate sales (1 bag = 1 point). You can only use 5 points per handbag. You can not double up. This never expires.
